Ingredients

Tartare
  • 1 30g salmon filet, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream
  • ½ a lemon’s zest
  • 1 tablespoon of capers, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of readymade horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of frest chives, chopped
  • Fleur de sel & Cracked pepper, as preferred

Steps

  1. Mix all tartare ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stuff the 4 cucumber halves with the tartare then top with Boursin cheese.
