Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of water
  • 6 peaches, quartered
  • 2 lemon’s juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • • Peache slices, to decorate (optional)

Steps

  1. Pour the sugar, water and peaches in a small pot, then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat the simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat then let cool completely.
  2. In a food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth then sieve and add the lemon juice, lemon slices and ice.
  3. Refrigerate to cool completely then serve.
