Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt & pepper, as preferred

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Shape 1″ wide meatballs, then refrigerate for an hour minimum for them to set properly.
  3. Add to the fondue broth until cooked.
