Homemade Wafu sauce

- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Whisks all ingredients together.
- Keep in an airtight container, for many months in the refrigerator.
