Homemade flu buster

I woke up this morning to the worst flu symptoms ever. My first instinct was to call my mom and ask her to heal me with her magical and natural potions. She studies herbal medicine, and even if I was VERY skeptical when she started, I have to admit that what she does works.

I am not saying anything against traditional medicine—quite the opposite—but when I have a simple cold or the flu, her remedies work every time.

She gives me homemade suppositories (sorry if that’s TMI), makes me inhale a blend of essential oils, rubs me down with salves, and after a day or two, I’m back in tip-top shape.

My brother stopped by this morning to help me prepare a flu buster, and I thought it might be nice to share the “recipe” with you.
