Chocolate curry paste brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (150 g) of dark chocolate chips or pieces
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 teaspoons of red curry paste
- 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” square pan and set aside.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double-boiler or the microwave.
- Add the remaining ingredients, making sure the last one in is the flour. Stir until well-combined, then pour into the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool entirely before removing from the pan.
