mission

Ever since I’ve cured my eating disorder, I have made it my mission to transform people’s relationship with food for the better. In doing so, I want to promote balance and simplicity through projects and content that makes me incredibly proud :

I’ve also made it my mission to make local products more accessible to all, and I’ve achieved this by offering 100% Québec-made items and by collaborating with local artisans to do so.

To be honest, the online shop was a way to help finance my groceries, but with time it has transformed into a fantastic way for me to have fun creating items as well as to promote local and sustainable purchases.

The “zero waste” movement is what I’ve been focusing on most, and is what has been inspiring me the most:
