Here are three flavours to jazz up  your chocolate fondues. I really hope that it will spur your creativity so that you can whip up new versions of your chocolate fondue you never thought of before!

Ingredients

Caramel & matcha tea
  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Salted Caramel fondue
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha tea powder, sifted
Dark chocolate & ginger
  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Original Dark fondue
  • 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
  • The zest of 1 lime
Just like a Toblerone
  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Original Milk fondue
  • 2 almond nougats (25 g), cut into pieces (see Tip)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Chopped almonds, to taste

Steps

  1. Melt the chocolate fondue by following the directions on the can. Add the remaining ingredients, mix until well-combined and serve.
  2. For the Caramel & matcha tea version, put the matcha tea in a bowl with a small quantity of the liquid chocolate fondue. Blend until it becomes a paste. Add to the remaining chocolate fondue and stir thus preventing any lumps forming.

Tips & tricks

– You can also find soft nougat bars or individually wrapped pieces of nougat at your grocery store.
