Ingredients

White chocolate dip
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon’s zest
Dark chocolate dip
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1/2 cup of Ricotta cheese

Steps

  1. Melt the white chocolate with the milk in a bowl in the microwave. Whisk until well-combined. Add the remaining ingredients for the white chocolate dip, then whisk until smooth. Let cool completely.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with milk in a bowl in the microwave. Whisk until well-combined. Add the remaining ingredient for the dark chocoalte dip, then whisk until smooth. Let cool completely.
  3. Add each of the mixes in a pastry pouch. Starting in the center of the bowl, trace a circle with each mix and alternate your way to the outside of the bol.Then use a knife to make a few patterns in the dip.
  4. Serve with your preferred selection of fruits.
