  • 1/2 cup of red grappes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 2 kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup of pineapples, diced
  • 1 cup of oranges, diced
  • 2 cups of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 7 – 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. Combine all the syrup ingredients in a small pot, then bring to a boil. Boil for a minute and then pour into a container. Let cool completely in the fridge.
  2. In a long cylinder container, add the fruits in the order listed in the ingredients section.
  3. One the syrup has cooled, remove the basil leafs and pour onto the fruit tower.

Tips & tricks

The syrup must be nice and cooled before it is poured on the fruits. You can choose your preferred fruits for a customized salad.

Cannot be frozen.
