Quick & easy bagel pizza

This bagel pizza idea came to me a few months ago, while I was strolling around Boston. It’s been on my mind—and in the “Notes” app on my iPhone—ever since, and I should have tried it sooner!
The bagel’s texture is delightful and resembles real thick-crust pizza dough: the outside is crispy, while the inside is soft. Here are two versions—not because I’m generous, but because I wanted to please my husband with a “classic” version and myself with a healthier and more gourmet version.
Enjoy!
