Smoked salmon pasta salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 cup of your choice of short pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup of hot smoked salmon (or cooked salmon)
- 1 cup of brocoli, chopped in small pieces
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1 heart of palm (canned), sliced
- Half a pear, diced
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
Steps
- Combine all the salad ingredients ina bowl. Set aside.
- Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl, then pour onto the salad. Mix the vinaigrette over everything, then serve.
