You can make it pink by using purple basil; otherwise, obviously, it’ll be green like regular basil.

- 1/2 cup (a large handful) fresh green or purple basil leaves
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- 1 spring water
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth.
