Feel-good green juice
Watch the videoThis juice is very hydrating because of the cucumber in it. Interesting fact: because cucumber is one of the most water-rich vegetables (more than 95%), it stimulates blood flow and improves lymphatic circulation.
Parsley helps eliminate toxins and heavy metals, and the apples are energizing.
Please note that my feel-good juice recipe is not a miracle cure that will detox your whole body in one serving. It will, however, help your body get its daily dose of vitamins and minerals and increase your servings of fruits and vegetables—which can only be good for you.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 green apples
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon, peeled and diced
- 1/2-inch cube fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup (or more, to taste)
Steps
In a blender:
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve.
In a juicer:
- Do not add water. Process all the ingredients. Add honey and serve.
