Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of water
- 6 peaches, quartered
- 2 lemon’s juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- • Peache slices, to decorate (optional)
Steps
- Pour the sugar, water and peaches in a small pot, then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat the simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat then let cool completely.
- In a food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth then sieve and add the lemon juice, lemon slices and ice.
- Refrigerate to cool completely then serve.
