Roasted peppers, chorizo & shrimps

Ingredients
- 24 26-30 shrimps
- 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, of your preferred colour, sliced in strips
- 1 yellow onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of butter, diced
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
- A baguette
Equipment
- A mixing bowl
- An aluminum pan
- Aluminum foil
- Long tongs
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except for the bread.
- Pour into the aluminum container, and cover with foil. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with the bread, that you could also grill a bit before serving.
