Ingredients

  • 24 26-30 shrimps
  • 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, of your preferred colour, sliced in strips
  • 1 yellow onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of butter, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, as preferred
  • A baguette
Equipment
  • A mixing bowl
  • An aluminum pan
  • Aluminum foil
  • Long tongs

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except for the bread.
  2. Pour into the aluminum container, and cover with foil. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it is cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve with the bread, that you could also grill a bit before serving.
