Bread tabbouleh & lemon vinaigrette

Ingredients

Salad
  • 1 cup of diced baguette
  • 1/2 cup of canned chick peas, rinsed and strained
  • 1 diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of mint, chopped
  • 1 diced orange
  • 2 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
  • Salt & pepper, as preferred
Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

Steps

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl then set aside.
  2. Whisk all the vinaigrette indregidents together in a small bowl then pour onto the salad. Mix the salad then serve.
