A complete meal quickly put together; here is the perfect recipe for any rushed morning. If you’re not that hungry in the morning, this recipe will give you 2 meals, otherwise this recipe is more than enough.

Ingredients

Breakfast bowl
  • 1 cup of cold almond milk
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of soft almond flavoured tofu (or plain if preferred)
  • 1/3 cup of quick oats
Toppings
  • Oatmeal flakes
  • Blueberries
  • Almonds

Steps

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass, top with oatmeal, blueberries and almonds to serve.

Tips & tricks

Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.
