Almond & blueberry complete breakfast bowl
A complete meal quickly put together; here is the perfect recipe for any rushed morning. If you’re not that hungry in the morning, this recipe will give you 2 meals, otherwise this recipe is more than enough.

- 1 cup of cold almond milk
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of soft almond flavoured tofu (or plain if preferred)
- 1/3 cup of quick oats
- Oatmeal flakes
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, top with oatmeal, blueberries and almonds to serve.
Tips & tricks
Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.
