Quick fix Teriyaki marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup of fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, diluted in 2 tbsps of water
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Steps
- In a pan, add all ingredients and stir. Bring to a boil, thus thickening the sauce a bit.
- Keep in an air-tight container for 2 to 3 months in the refrigerator.
