Since I had so many smoothie recipes up on the blog, I had stopped coming up with them, until I had the crazy/ brilliant idea of making a spicy smoothie. It’s to die for, I swear!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 Medium size red tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of plain Kefir
  • 1 lime’s juice
  • of Sriracha sauce, as preferred
  • Salt & pepper, as preferred

Steps

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass, enjoy!

Tips & tricks

Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.
