I know there are tons of green smoothie recipes, but I am very fond of this one.

For best results, use fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 2 leaves fresh mint (optional)

Steps

  1. In a blender, process all the ingredients until the texture is smooth. Enjoy!
