Apple, orange & pecan milkshake
Some people don’t have that much of an appetite in the morning and I believe that a milkshake put together in a few minutes is the perfect solution instead of leaving for school/work on an empty stomach.

- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of plain Kefir
- 1/4 cup of pecans
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 4 prunes, pitted
- Honey, as preferred
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and cream.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
Tips & tricks
Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.
