Coffee & chocolate smoothie

Let me tell you about Maude. Maude is a young graphic designer who messaged me at the beginning of the Three Times a Day adventure, to offer us her services. I burst out laughing, thinking she was completely crazy to solicit us, just a simple couple, with a month-old culinary blog.
Nine months later, when we had just signed a deal with a publisher, I thought about her. Our publisher and Alex submitted names of potential graphic artists, but I wanted to meet Maude before making up my mind.
We now work with her and she’s the very best!
All this to say that Maude is slightly addicted to coffee—maybe even a little too much. I think, in her dreams, she wins popular Mont-Royal “LARP” events dressed in a cappuccino costume.

- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
