Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 – 2 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of Goji berries or dried cranberries
  • 4 cloves of cardamome
  • 10 leaves of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 stick of cinnamon

Steps

  1. Heat water in a pot, bring it close to a boil.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a tea bag or filter.
  3. Infuse the tea for 6 to 8 minutes, then serve.
