Apple juice infusions
Watch the videoHot apple cider is a classic we are all used to, which is why I decided to use actual apple juice and change the traditional spices for cardamom and rosebuds to spice things up.
I also came up with a few more alternatives, just in case you’d want to tweak your own version a little further.
It’s also possible to make these infusions using the cold brew process. You don’t even have to heat the apple juice; all you have to do is let all the ingredients infuse overnight. You will then have a refreshing beverage for hot summer days and a warm and comforting one for cooler seasons.
