Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of matcha tea, diluted in 2 tbps of water
  • 1 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 de lait concentré sucré de type Eagle Brand
  • Amandes, pour décorer (optionnel)

Steps

  1. Mix the tea, yogurt in a bowl then add the almond extract.
  2. Add the condensed milk and stir carefully.
  3. Pour into a popsicle mould, then freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
