Now that the cat’s out of the bag, I can stop censoring myself when I write the intros for my recipes and share anecdotes from my life. Don’t worry, I won’t start incessantly talking about my pregnancy; quite the opposite. I’ll admit that I always got a bit annoyed when pregnant women couldn’t seem to talk about anything but being pregnant. Without deliberately keeping things to ourselves, I think it’s our duty (I can include myself, now) to make an effort to listen to those around us, even if we’re experiencing something extraordinary and think about it constantly.

So, I’ll continue to be myself and share my moods, anecdotes, and how I’m doing throughout my pregnancy, but don’t worry—Three Times A Day won’t turn into a site that’s just for moms and babies.

In that spirit, here’s a recipe idea that’s perfect for babies and pregnant women. I crack myself up. I’m always hesitant to share my easy-peasy recipes, but now that I’ve gotten to know you better, I know you like having very precise measurements when it comes to these recipes, so here you go!
