Chinese hot pot beef meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of fish sauce
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape 1″ wide meatballs, then refrigerate for an hour minimum for them to set properly.
- Add to the fondue broth until cooked.
