Boursin & salmon tartare stuffed cucumbers

- FreezingNe se congèle pas.
- 2 lebanese cucumbers, sliced in halves, length-wise and emptied
- 1/4 cup a Boursin Bouquet of Basil & Chive cheese, crumbled
- 1 30g salmon filet, diced
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- ½ a lemon’s zest
- 1 tablespoon of capers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of readymade horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of frest chives, chopped
- Fleur de sel & Cracked pepper, as preferred
- Mix all tartare ingredients in a bowl.
- Stuff the 4 cucumber halves with the tartare then top with Boursin cheese.
