Bacon & maple sausage stuffing meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
Meatballs
- 1 lb of mild sausage stuffing, your preferred flavour
- 6 of uncooked bacon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Steps
- Mix all the meatball ingredients in a bowl, then shape 30 1 inch size meatballs.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil then submerge the meatballs. Cook for 15 minutes then strain and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a pan on high heat and grill the meatballs on each side, colouring them all evenly.
- Add the maple syrup then keep baking until they are all entirely coated with it.
