Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
Meatballs
  • 1 lb of mild sausage stuffing, your preferred flavour
  • 6 of uncooked bacon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper, as preferred

Steps

  1. Mix all the meatball ingredients in a bowl, then shape 30 1 inch size meatballs.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil then submerge the meatballs. Cook for 15 minutes then strain and set aside.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan on high heat and grill the meatballs on each side, colouring them all evenly.
  4. Add the maple syrup then keep baking until they are all entirely coated with it.
