When I have the munchies in the afternoon or at night there are three things I like to eat: dates, chocolate, and nuts. I felt like gathering my three favourite snack ingredients together to create an INCREDIBLE-MAGICAL-PERFECT bite recipe.
It’s almost too easy to make, I know, but it’s oh-so-delicious! On a night with friends, these will be gone in a flash, so here’s a piece of advice: make a triple batch!

- 8 Medjool dates
- 8 almonds, whole
- 6.5 oz dark chocolate
- Open the dates and replace the pit with an almond. Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate. Dip the stuffed dates and coat well.
- Place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with the topping of your choice and refrigerate.
- Remove from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving.
