Strawberry, mango & goji berry milkshake bowl
Here’s a very simple recipe that I love to make when I have the munchies in the middle of the afternoon, or simply on a very hot summer day.
I know this week is healthy week, but I have to confess that on hot summer days, I like to treat myself by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
On a side note, I’d also like to talk to you about the goji berry, which is considered a superfood because of its amazing nutritional value.
I suggest you visit Prana’s website to learn more about this berry.
