Honey Peanut Butter

- 3 cups of roasted unsalted peanuts
- 6 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes, long enough for the peanuts to release their oil. Let sit for 5 minutes, then blend again for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Keep in an air tight container for 2 to 3 months in the refrigerator.
