Oreo® cheesecake & whipped cream cups
When I met Alex, his eating habits left a lot to be desired. He only ate at fast food restaurants and didn’t see anything wrong with eating a row of Oreos® for lunch. He thought that was normal.
Almost two years later, he’s eating healthy meals three times a day (HA!) and is starting to understand why he used to have so little energy. Better late than never!
All that to say that I wanted to make a dessert using all the things he used to eat just to tease him.

Ingredients
- 4 Oreo® cookies, crushed (the filling too!)
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
For the cheesecake
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Nutella®-style chocolate spread
For the whipped cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1-2 tablespoon sugar, to taste
Steps
- Combine the Oreos® and butter and press into the bottom of two cups.
- Combine the cheesecake ingredients and pour into the cups.
- Whip the whipped cream ingredients and top off the cups.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. I like to garnish them with a bit of cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate, but I’ll leave that up to you.
